Effective October 7, 2026. These terms apply to the Doorscart website and orders placed with Shenyang Ningmengguo Network Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them with our Shipping, Return and Privacy policies.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or permission from an appropriate guardian. Do not interfere with the service, misuse forms, impersonate another person or infringe the rights of others.

Products and images

We offer painting tools, art surfaces and studio accessories. AI-generated concept images are identified as such. Colors and appearance in illustrations can differ from actual items; styling props are not included. Unlisted dimensions, materials, counts, certifications and performance claims are not verified specifications. Contact us before ordering if a particular characteristic is essential to your decision. Mandatory rights for goods that are defective or not as described remain protected.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices are displayed in USD. Shipping and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Payment is handled through available checkout providers. An order confirmation records receipt of your request; availability and fulfillment remain subject to confirmation. We may contact you about an apparent pricing error, unavailable item or suspected misuse rather than silently changing your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain and refund payments due. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every listing.

Changes, delivery and returns

Request changes or cancellation promptly by email. Processing or dispatch may prevent changes. Our Shipping Policy describes United States delivery, fees, processing and transit estimates; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Our Return Policy explains the 30-day request window, return destination, postage responsibility and refund process. Statutory rights take priority over a conflicting policy term.

Safe and appropriate use

Follow the actual instructions for each art tool and medium. Check paint and cleaner compatibility, protect surfaces and use required ventilation. Keep sharp tools and unsuitable art materials away from children and pets. Art equipment must not be used for food or drink unless its actual instructions expressly allow it. The website does not replace product safety instructions.

Intellectual property and third parties

Original site content, artwork and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may browse for personal shopping use, but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms; we do not control their content. Your use of this store is also explained in our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and applicable law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for defective goods. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes subject to courts having jurisdiction at the company location, except where mandatory law gives you other rights or forums. Mandatory protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
