No. The original product and studio images are AI-generated concept illustrations. They demonstrate a visual direction and possible use; background props are not included.

We currently offer delivery within the United States. Prices and shipping charges are displayed in USD.

Standard shipping is $5.99 for order subtotals below $50 and free for subtotals of $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. The rates available for your delivery address are shown at checkout.

Processing takes 5–10 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at a further 10–15 business days after dispatch. These are separate stages. Expedited delivery has no guaranteed arrival date. Delays can occur; see Shipping.

Email service@doorscart.com with your order number and checkout email. Do not send card details or passwords.

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Obtain instructions before returning them to our company address in China. Read the Return policy for conditions, shipping costs and damaged-item assistance.

After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is processed within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
